Javier & Water Potosme Gallagos

Javier and Walter are brothers. Walter specialises in pre columbian style art and his brother creates execellent native art. Last year we brought Javier a plot of land so he could move from his parents house and build his own.

Jaun Jose & Rudolpho Jimenez

Juan is the uncle of Rudolpho.  Recently, as a direct result of working with CRI Rudolpho brought a little piece of land and has built a store upon it. one of on going projects is sponsoring juan's son to go to medical school.

Dulio Senior and Dulio Junior and Baby Tato

Dulio senior has recently expended thier home business and is now training several potential potters in the village.  Dulio junior is 18 years old.  He goes to school does his homework and then makes his pots...he will be starting university this year, studying architecture. Tato is only 15 years old and has begun to create miniture masterpieces...his pots make great toothpick holders!

Fransisco Tikay is our wood artist.  His beautiful handcut earrings, necklaces and boxes are beautiful gifts.  He has 8 children and 4 of them are now doctors thanks to our abiltiy to help him help himself and his family...

2010 NEW COOPERATIVES: Include LUSOL a group making laptop bags from recycled blue jeans and MARTIN AND HIS FAMILY who make beautiful leather sandals....mmmm!
